Our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) are proudly 100% US-based.
Each ISA on our team brings a minimum of two years of real estate inside sales experience to the table before joining us. They then undergo an extensive training program, which includes over 100 hours focused on objection handling, rapport building, real estate terminology, and strict adherence to our systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs). We utilize the "I do, we do, you do" gradual release of responsibility model to ensure they are fully prepared to deliver exceptional results.
Our team is available to call leads from 8 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Friday) and 9 AM to 6 PM on weekends. Leads generated overnight are prioritized the following morning, and we adjust our calling schedule based on the lead's area code to align with their local time zone.
Agent ISA specializes in handling inbound real estate leads. Common examples include leads sourced from platforms like Google, Realtor.com, Facebook, and other online marketing channels.
